Consultation
Your journey begins with a relaxed, one hour online consultation via Microsoft Teams. Dr. Williams will listen to your story, review your medical history, and work with you to create a personalised plan that fits your lifestyle and health goals. It’s a supportive space where your questions are welcome and your wellbeing is the focus.
Nutrition & Lifestyle Support
Every three months, you’ll receive an e prescription for your GLP 1 Agonist, ready for collection at your local pharmacy. Alongside this, Dr. Williams will guide you on nutrition and lifestyle changes that complement your treatment, helping you achieve the best possible results.
Follow Up Consultations
We’re here for you every step of the way. If you’d like to check in with Dr. Williams to review your progress, share any worries, or get extra guidance, follow up consultations can be arranged at a time that suits you.

Initial Consultation ……. £150
This will entail an hour consultation with Dr Williams, who will take medical history and formulate a plan for you. The consultation will be held via Teams.
Subscription for Prescription ….. £100 every 3 months
An e-prescription will be provided every 3 months, to enable you to collect your prescription for GLP-1 Agonist which can be picked up at local pharmacy.
Further Consultations ….. £100
If you would like further consultations to discuss your progress, worries of concerns with Dr Williams this can be arranged.
